Printed in Full-Color DTF

Every CustomApparel US polo is customized using full-color DTF (direct-to-film). DTF reproduces business logos, detailed graphics, text, and photographs with unlimited colors and no per-color setup fees.

Method	Colors & Detail	Minimum	Best For
DTF (what we use)	Unlimited color, photo-level detail	None	Logos, photos, any design, small or bulk
Screen Print	Few solid colors, setup per color	Higher	Very large single-color runs
DTG	Full color, cotton only	None	Soft prints on 100% cotton

DTF gives businesses and organizations an efficient way to create professional full-color polos without traditional screen-print setup requirements.

Professional Blanks & Lasting Prints

Choose professional polo blanks in different colors, fits, and fabric options. Polo shirts are a practical choice for businesses that need branded uniforms, event apparel, employee shirts, and professional promotional merchandise.

FAQs About Custom Polos

Is there a minimum order for custom t-shirts?

CustomApparel requires no minimum order for DTF printing, from a single shirt to hundreds. Screen printing is most cost-effective for larger batches, so we'll recommend it once your quantity reaches that range.

Which printing method should I choose?

Choose DTF for full-color or photographic designs on any fabric, DTG for soft prints on cotton, screen printing for large bold-color batches, and embroidery for logos, polos, and caps. Our team confirms the best fit before printing.

How long does it take to make custom shirts?

Custom t-shirts are produced in 1–2 business days after artwork approval. Local orders are ready for next-day pickup at our Richardson facility, and U.S. shipping times vary by carrier and destination.

What file format do you need?

Send vector files (AI, EPS, PDF, or SVG) for the sharpest result, or a high-resolution raster file (PNG or JPG) at 300 DPI. PNG is preferred for designs that need a transparent background.

Will the print stay soft and last after washing?

DTF bonds into the fabric for a smooth feel and stays vibrant for 50+ washes with proper care: cold wash, turned inside out, no harsh bleach, and no high-heat tumble drying.

Can I return a custom t-shirt?

Custom-printed t-shirts are non-returnable because each one is made to your design. If an item arrives defective or is lost in transit, we provide a remake or a refund.

Do you serve customers outside Texas?

Yes. We ship custom t-shirts nationwide from our Richardson, Texas headquarters, with free U.S. shipping on orders over $50 and local pickup at our Dallas and Houston facilities.
