File Requirements That Matter
Your uploaded designs must meet specific standards to achieve the best results. Submit vector files whenever possible, as they maintain crisp edges at any size and resolution. Raster images also work, but they must have a resolution of at least 300 dpi. PNG format is mandatory. This file type preserves the quality of your artwork and supports transparent backgrounds properly.
Your background MUST be transparent. We don’t edit images; what you upload is exactly what gets printed. Files with white or colored backgrounds will print those colors onto your gang sheet.
