CustomApparel provides custom apparel printing and DTF transfer services based on user-submitted designs. By using our services, you confirm that:

- You will not submit unlawful, offensive, or infringing content
User Responsibility for Designs
When submitting artwork, designs, or files:
- You confirm that you own the rights or have permission to use the content
- You agree that your designs do not violate copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights
- You accept full responsibility for any claims arising from your submitted content
CustomApparel does not verify ownership of submitted designs.
Order Acceptance & Refusal
We reserve the right to:
- Refuse or cancel any order at our discretion
- Reject designs that may violate laws or third-party rights
- Limit quantities or service availability
Limitation of Liability
CustomApparel is responsible only for printing services as requested. We are not liable for:
- Errors in customer-submitted designs
- Color variations due to screen vs. print differences
- Delays caused by shipping carriers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CustomApparel shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Intellectual Property
All website content (logos, text, images) belongs to CustomApparel unless otherwise stated. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services means you accept any changes.
