At CustomApparel, all products are custom-made. Please review our policy carefully.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled:
- Before production begins
- Within a limited timeframe after placing the order
Once production starts, cancellations are not possible.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the custom nature of our products:
- Custom apparel and DTF transfers are non-returnable and non-refundable
- Returns are only accepted for defective or incorrect items
Blank Apparel Returns
Blank (unprinted) apparel can be returned within 30 days of delivery if it is:
Unused, unworn and In its original condition and packaging.
Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect. Refunds go to the original payment method after we receive the items. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
- Provide photos showing the issue
We will review and offer:
- Replacement
- Store credit
- Refund (if applicable)
Return Conditions
Eligible returns must:
- Be unused and unwashed
- Match the original order issue
- Be reported within the timeframe
Important Notes
- Minor color variations are not considered defects
- File quality issues from customer uploads are not refundable
