Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled:

• Before production begins
• Within a limited timeframe after placing the order

Once production starts, cancellations are not possible.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our products:

• Custom apparel and DTF transfers are non-returnable and non-refundable
• Returns are only accepted for defective or incorrect items

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

• Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
• Provide photos showing the issue

We will review and offer:

• Replacement
• Store credit
• Refund (if applicable)

Return Conditions

Eligible returns must:

• Be unused and unwashed
• Match the original order issue
• Be reported within the timeframe

Important Notes

• Minor color variations are not considered defects
• File quality issues from customer uploads are not refundable
