At CustomApparel, all products are custom-made. Please review our policy carefully.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled:
- Before production begins
- Within a limited timeframe after placing the order
Once production starts, cancellations are not possible.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the custom nature of our products:
- Custom apparel and DTF transfers are non-returnable and non-refundable
- Returns are only accepted for defective or incorrect items
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
- Provide photos showing the issue
We will review and offer:
- Replacement
- Store credit
- Refund (if applicable)
Return Conditions
Eligible returns must:
- Be unused and unwashed
- Match the original order issue
- Be reported within the timeframe
Important Notes
- Minor color variations are not considered defects
- File quality issues from customer uploads are not refundable
