Since January 2019, we've been a small business built on one idea: every customer, individual or enterprise, deserves professional-grade custom apparel, delivered fast.

CustomApparel US was founded in January 2019 by a small team of partners passionate about print quality and local service. We are a multi-owner, independent small business - not a franchise, not a big-box print shop - and that keeps us focused on what matters: your order.
What started as a local custom print operation quickly grew into a full-scale DTF transfer and ready-to-press design service, trusted by customers and businesses across 50 states.
Today, from our two Texas facilities totaling over 5,350 square feet and equipped with the latest printing technology, we fulfil both single orders and high-volume bulk runs with the same attention to detail.
Founded in January 2019
CustomApparel US opens as a owner-owned small business in Texas, specializing in custom apparel (soft).
Online Marketplace Expansion
Launched on Etsy and Amazon, building a proven track record with 5+ years of consistent marketplace sales.
DTF Technology Investment
We acquired our first large-format DTF Printer transfer technology, enabling faster turnarounds and a vastly expanded in-house capability.
Second Facility - Houston
Added a second facility in Houston and location to serve more customers and support increased order volumes.

Order & Quality Policy
Our Quality Guarantee
Because every item we produce is made-to-order and personalized, we hold ourselves to a clear quality standard - and we stand behind it.
Custom Order Policy
All custom orders must be approved before we order. Because each item is custom-produced specifically for you, we do not accept standard returns or exchanges once production has begun. We ask all customers to review proofs and order details carefully to ensure accuracy before final approval.
We guarantee satisfaction on our behalf. If you encounter technical deficiencies (breakages, in ink blot, is out of square, or defects caused by printing our ink transfer production), we will remake the affected items at no added cost. But, if a custom is ordered and does not fall under a work- or product-quality defect, remakes are not eligible.
