File Requirements That Matter

Your uploaded designs must meet specific standards to achieve the best results. Submit vector files whenever possible, as they maintain crisp edges at any size and resolution. Raster images also work, but they must have a resolution of at least 300 dpi.  PNG format is mandatory.  This file type preserves the quality of your artwork and supports transparent backgrounds properly.

Your background MUST be transparent. We don’t edit images; what you upload is exactly what gets printed. Files with white or colored backgrounds will print those colors onto your gang sheet.

Size Options for Every Project

The width stays constant at 22 inches. Length options include:

• Short runs:  22×1, 22×5, 22×10 (perfect for testing designs or small batches)

• Medium production:  22×20 through 22×80 (ideal for weekly inventory restocking)

• High volume:  22×90 through 22×300 (best for wholesale operations or large events)

Every 10-foot increment is available from 22×10 to 22×200. You also get 22×250 and 22×300 for maximum-scale printing.

Design Spacing Recommendations from Print Pro Net

Leave at least  0.5 inches of space between separate designs on your gang sheet. This spacing allows for clean cutting without damaging adjacent prints. Closer spacing works technically, but increases the risk of accidental nicks during separation. For designs that will be cut individually, build in a small bleed area. Add 0.125 inches of extra background around detailed elements. This buffer zone prevents the loss of important details during trimming.

What We Don't Do

Image editing is not included in any order. Your file prints exactly as uploaded. Need background removal? Use a free tool like remove.bg before uploading. Need color adjustments? Make them in your design software first. We don’t resize designs to fit the gangsheet. You control the layout and sizing. This prevents unwanted distortion or scaling issues. Custom arrangement services aren’t available. The layout you create is the layout you receive.
