Everything we print is made to order, so custom apparel and DTF transfers are non-returnable and non-refundable.
- Cancellations: accepted before production begins, not after your file goes to the printer
- Returns accepted for: defective, damaged, or incorrect items only
- Report window: within 24 hours of delivery, with photos of the issue
- Resolution options: replacement, store credit, or refund where applicable
- Item condition: must be unused and unwashed
- Not a defect: minor color variation between screen and print
- Not refundable: quality issues from customer uploaded files
