- Production: 1 to 2 business days for standard orders, longer for bulk or complex custom jobs
- Transit: 1 to 2 business days within the United States
- Local pickup: next day at our Richardson shop
- Tracking: confirmation email with tracking link, updates appear within 24 hours
- Free shipping: on USA orders over $50
- Address accuracy: wrong details can cause delays or added cost, so please double check at checkout
- Delays: carrier and weather delays are outside our control
- Lost package: contact us and we will file the carrier claim with you
Everything we print is made to order, so custom apparel and DTF transfers are non-returnable and non-refundable.
- Cancellations: accepted before production begins, not after your file goes to the printer
- Returns accepted for: defective, damaged, or incorrect items only
- Report window: within 24 hours of delivery, with photos of the issue
- Resolution options: replacement, store credit, or refund where applicable
- Item condition: must be unused and unwashed
- Not a defect: minor color variation between screen and print
- Not refundable: quality issues from customer uploaded files
