File Requirements Still Apply

Submit PNG files with transparent backgrounds at 300 dpi minimum resolution. Vector files produce the sharpest results. Raster images are effective but must meet the specified resolution standard.

We don't edit, resize, or adjust your artwork. The design you upload prints at the specified size. A file submitted for an 8-inch transfer prints at exactly 8 inches on the longest edge.

Background transparency remains critical. White or colored backgrounds print as solid shapes around your design. Remove backgrounds before uploading to ensure clean transfers.

Production and Delivery Timeline

Standard production takes 1-2 business days from the time the order is placed. Shipping time is 2-7 business days, depending on your location and the selected carrier method.

Rush production isn't available for individual transfers. The cutting and quality control process requires specific timing that can't be compressed without compromising accuracy.

Tracking numbers are generated automatically when your order ships. Monitor delivery status through the carrier's website using the provided tracking code.

Each transfer includes pre-applied powder adhesive; no additional products are needed before pressing. The adhesive activates at 300°F (148.889°C) and bonds to fabric fibers during the heat press cycle.

White ink underbase ensures vibrant colors on dark fabrics. This layer prints beneath your design colors, providing opacity that prevents fabric color from showing through light or bright design elements.

Transfers maintain flexibility after pressing. The film moves with fabric during wear and washing, preventing cracks that occur with inferior transfer methods. Properly pressed transfers survive 50+ wash cycles without significant fading or peeling.

Peel the carrier sheet while still hot for best results. Wait 2-3 seconds after opening the press, then peel slowly from one corner. The design should release completely from the carrier sheet and remain bonded to the fabric.

Custom shapes and die-cuts aren't available for individual transfers. All transfers print as rectangles containing your design. The transparent background creates the appearance of custom shapes, but the actual transfer backing remains rectangular.
